Hello everyone,

Cenpatico would like to invite stake holders, providers and community leaders to join us at the Community Advisory Council meeting held locally every month. We will be having our meeting Wednesday, November 23rd, at 12:30 p.m. at the Pizza Hut on 300 E 16th St. in Douglas, Arizona. We will be discussing the behavioral health issues in your community and will document the recommendations from community leaders to take back to Cenpatico leaders. Each month Cenpatico staff will share updates with the community and take back newly identified issues and recommendations.

Please feel free to bring a friend or coworker and/or forward to any community stake holders you think would be interested in attending or at least one representative from

your organization. Please RSVP as lunch will be provided and we want to make sure we have enough for everyone!
